In our experience your new staff and our organization will initially be faced with some challenges, foreseen and unforeseen. The majority can be prevented with a dedicated onboarding plan which we will draft together with you. The plan takes into account the technical and practical start-up concerns of the job, such as training exercises, communication & cultural differences, or travel and scheduling.
We will then monitor and guide the implementation of the plan and the staff throughout the onboarding process. Any remaining issues are usually quickly resolved with some quick attention from our on-call Ukrainian-speaking project manager.
