Our matchmaking process is aimed at providing you with high-quality candidates and saving you time in the process.

Finding the right staff can be a challenge. More so, because many Ukrainian migrants may not be in the right networks in their new host country. That is why we work with specialized Ukrainian project managers to assist in the search and matchmaking process.

We identify and match skilled Ukrainian migrants to your requirements and supply you with a short-list of high-potential candidates for your consideration. We do so by gathering a list of interested candidates from our network. Suitable candidates are invited for a short interview.

Depending on your requirements, we may also perform a certificate and/or degree control and reference check in Ukrainian.

Finally, we can advise you on contracting and administrative aspects of hiring Ukrainian migrants under the EU Temporary Protection Directive and national, local regulation.
